DESSERT-Maja Blanca

Maja Blanca is one of the native delicacy in Philippines. If you are thinking of a dessert, don't hesitate to try this. We have heard about the Three Cheese Pasta, but this one I have myself decided to name it the Three Milk Corn Pudding because in this recipe we are using three types of milk coconut milk, evaporated milk andcondensed milk. You'll have a delicious dessert in just 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:


1 1/2 c cornstarch
400 ml coconut milk
12 oz evaporated milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
15 oz sweet corn
a handful of raisins
fruits for topping (optional)


PREPARATION:


1. In a sauce pan, pour in all the liquid ingredients. Then add cornstarch.
2. Mix it well until the cornstarch completely dissolve.
3. Put fire in low heat, boil the mixture. Constantly stirring is required to prevent lumps.
4. When done, quickly pour into the glass baking dish.
5. Sprinkle dried raisins for topping, or any fruits you desired.


TIPS:
No need to add sugar to this recipe since you already used sweetened condensed milk.
